HappyMe\u2019s roots go back to 2016, when Tiina Saar-Veelmaa led the creation of a unique and innovative work environment philosophy based on four seasons in a design and software company known as Proekspert. This innovative approach was recognised at the European Business Awards, and provided the inspiration to continue and create an employee-centred approach that would guide employers in the right direction for motivating people, as well as providing the right tools for engaging them.<\/p>\n

I have always been interested in people and their overall well-being, and I have led people and teams for nearly 20 years. My favourite themes are presence, body wisdom, self-management, self-appreciation, authenticity, the art of communication, and passionate self-realisation, including finding people\u2019s inner obstacles and the treasures beneath. In HappyMe, I am often the primary contact for clients via sales meetings, and later on their partner in designing a happier work culture.
