HappyMe platform raised high standards for us to launch and study workplace happiness in our team. The whole set (the survey, 360 feedback and 1on1 conversations) gave an excellent methodology and framework for studying and implementing workplace happiness. Over the year, we saw significant changes in both our people and the team’s overall well-being. Workgroups were formed, each of which was responsible for some area of happiness at work, and several proposals of the groups were implemented. The level of our job satisfaction increased by 23% during the year and commitment by 26%! And HappyMe played a significant role in that!
